For our November Cooking Class we'll make homemade:
- Cranberry Antioxidant Fermented Soda
- Roasted Beet Salad with Greens, Pears, Walnuts + Fresh Herbs
- Fall Fettuccine
- Southern Sweet Potato Pie with Whipped Cream
The beets in the salad + the cranberries in the fermented soda are antioxidants, they can help decrease inflammation and aid in detoxification.
The sage and garlic in the fettuccine can help balance blood sugar levels + support brain health.
For gut health, the soda and salad have probiotics (good bugs) + the salad, fettuccine, and pie all have prebiotics (food for the good bugs).
On Monday, November 18 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm in Rancho Santa Fe.
All food will be naturally lactose-free, lectin-free, grain-free, gluten-free, and organic. All eggs are from our organic, corn-free/soy-free pastured hens.
